Turkey andHummus Veggie Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 2-3 slices of deli meat
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • Handful of spinach/ mixed greens
  • ¼ avocado
  • Cucumber as desired
  • Shredded carrots as desired
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Spread hummus over whole wheat wrap
  2. Layer turkey, mixed greens, avocado and vegetable of choice
  3. Roll up and split it in half and enjoy
  4. Can serve with a side of sliced apples or grapes for added
    nutrients
