Turkey andHummus Veggie Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 2-3 slices of deli meat
- 2 tbsp hummus
- Handful of spinach/ mixed greens
- ¼ avocado
- Cucumber as desired
- Shredded carrots as desired
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Spread hummus over whole wheat wrap
- Layer turkey, mixed greens, avocado and vegetable of choice
- Roll up and split it in half and enjoy
- Can serve with a side of sliced apples or grapes for added
nutrients
